The Denver Broncos have been a team known for a solid one-two punch at the wide receiver position for the past few seasons with Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders.

Unfortunately, they haven’t found much more in the way of a passing game to another receiver not named Thomas or Sanders. That needs to change in 2017. But who is going to be the player that changes that?

That’s what we’re here to discuss.

The Broncos have a plethora of guys who can compete for that spot. Cody Latimer,Womens Josh Norman Jersey, all players who have already had a shot at that job, will be back. However, Bennie Fowler and Jordan Taylor, the Broncos also drafted two wide receivers, just to muddy the waters as far as this conversation goes.

In my estimation, both of those rookies are going to be better options than most of the veterans on the team.

Carlos Henderson, is a player the team has high hopes for. The other rookie, the team’s third-round pick out of Louisiana Tech,Authentic Jonnu Smith Jersey, Isaiah McKenzie, was selected in the fifth round out of Georgia. Both of these players should contribute as early as this season.

But to answer this question,Authentic Byron Bell Jersey, I’d say that it comes down to two players — Taylor and Henderson.

he caught 16 passes on 27 targets last season with two touchdown receptions. That’s certainly nothing earth-shattering,Taylor is a guy that still has something to bring to the team. After spending the 2015 season on the practice squad,Authentic Brian Schwenke Jersey, but not bad for his first year on the main roster.

Henderson, has the ability to be that guy that Denver has lacked for years. He has good hands,Womens Sean Taylor Jersey, on the other hand, runs good routes and is trouble after the catch. Denver could line him up in the slot and really take advantage of defenses based on his skill set. No other guy on the roster will be able to bring that, including Taylor.

which doesn’t mean good news for Latimer and Fowler. But when the season kicks off against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football, the No. 3 wide receiver on the depth chart will likely be Henderson,Taylor will earn a spot on the roster along with both rookies, who should win the job by a wide margin this summer.

The change to his page took place Monday evening after Bell failed to reach a long-term agreement with Pittsburgh. The team's franchise player, he remains unsigned and reportedly has threatened to hold out until "mid-to-late August."

$12.1 million deal, Bell is shaping up to break the bank next offseason,Even if he inks his one-year, when he's slated to hit unrestricted free agency and will have no shortage of suitors lining up for his services.

Not to burst any bubbles,Womens Jonnu Smith Jersey, but don't expect the Broncos to be among them.

The Broncos are scheduled to have 35 (!) free agents hit the open market in 2018,Womens Byron Bell Jersey, on top of the massive cap figures for Von Miller ($22.5 million),Womens Brian Schwenke Jersey, Demaryius Thomas ($12.03M), including Pro Bowl-caliber starters T.J. Ward and Matt Paradis. This,Authentic Sean Taylor Jersey, and Aqib Talib ($12M),Authentic Josh Norman Jersey, means they won't be able to meet Bell's hefty demands.
