If you’re looking for some good news the defense finally looks to be healthy. Zach Bogosian appears to be headed towards making his season debut tonight. We’ll finally get to see the defense group we planned for this season. It only took 25 games to get to see it.
The New York Islanders are the only team in the NHL not to have lost at home in regulation time this season as they are 8-0-2.
The New Jersey Devils are an amazing 8-2-2 on the road while Toronto is close behind at 9-4-1 as are St. Louis and Los Angeles who are both 8-3-1.
The Canadiens and Penguins are both in playoff spots despite having a goal differential of minus-17 and minus-16 respectively. The Rangers are not in a playoff spot (although they do have a game in hand on Pittsburgh and two on Montreal) but are a plus-five.

Through the Canucks, Watkins said the herniation is “adjacent and separate” to his previous fusion. Watkins had performed cervical disc surgery on Dorsett in 2016.

Dorsett was on a pace for his best NHL season. In his 515-game NHL career,With seven goals in the first 20 games, the most goals he ever scored in a season was 12.

Murray exited with 4:21 left in the second period after Philadelphia's Jakub Voracek crashed into him during a breakaway. The 23-year-old managed to skate off under his own power before limping down the runway, clearly favoring his right leg.
Tristan Jarry stepped in for Murray, and the Penguins rallied for a 5-4 overtime win. Jarry appears to be the solution right now. Pittsburgh also called up goalie Casey DeSmith from the AHL.
Jarry earned his first NHL win against the Lightning Nov. 25, making 33 saves on 35 shots.
" Sullivan said,"We believe he is a solid goalie, according to NHL.com. "I think the game he played against Tampa is a perfect example of what he's capable of. Tristan is going to have to make timely saves for us game in and game out. We believe he can do that."

Coach Mike Sullivan called Murray "week to week" after the 23-year-old left Monday night's 5-4 overtime win over Philadelphia in the second period following a collision with Flyers forward Jakub Voracek.
Voracek lost his edge while finishing off a breakaway attempt and crashed into Murray, forcing the back of the goaltender's right leg into the goal post.
Murray was on the ice for several minutes before making his way to the bench and limping down the runway to the locker room while favoring his right leg.
"It's actually pretty wild after being goalie partners last year,Authentic T. J. Oshie jersey," DeSmith said. "It's kind of weird just one year later (we're in the NHL). It happened pretty quick. I'm happy to be down here with someone I'm familiar with."
